Our diverse team provides real estate service in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City and Pahrump. Our team members average 15+ years of experience and specialize in working with veterans, active military, first-time homebuyers as well as 55+ active living communities. We have extensive experience with short sales, probates, investments and foreclosure (REO/bank-owned) properties.

Team Leader, Jan O'Brien, has 35+ years of leadership, real estate brokerage, real estate training, business and coaching experience. She proudly served as a Captain & UH-60 Blackhawk pilot in the U.S. Army from 1984-92. During her 28+ year real estate career, she has served at all levels from sales associate, branch manager, team leader, corporate broker, general manager to franchise development and coaching. Jan is a certified instructor for Nevada continuing education and is the author or co-author of a series of training classes and courses.

In November 2015, Jan co-founded Wandering But Not Lost (WBNL) Coaching, which is a training and coaching company specializing in working with real estate teams. Jan co-hosts the weekly Wandering But Not Lost Podcast : Where Real Estate and Reality Meet.
